Pas IV: The alcohol sniffer/flashlight

Below is a video, be patient as it loads.

Watch this video closely. I know that its dark, but the stop occurred in the early morning hours.

I am stopping a man for running a stop sign in a residential area. It takes him a while to stop, but as he rounds the corner and begins to stop, I notice that his drivers side door begins to open slowly. I pop out of my patrol car immediately and key in on his right hand. There is no way to see it but this is one of the few times I honestly felt serious danger. He did not know it but I had my gun ready to clear leather.

Just a little tip, don't ever do what he just did. If you get stopped, stay in the car and keep your hands on the wheel.

If you can hear the sound on this clip I simply ask to see his hand "Please". Luckily I kept cool, but I am the first to admit that my stomach sank upon his actions.
